Summary: Maui Waui used to be a strong sativa but because of its breeding over the years has lost its potency and gain some indica influence. Still delivers a good head high but expect a bit of a body high as well.

4.3

Not what it used to be.

Maui Waui (Maui Wowie) is one of the most recognizable names in weed out there. If you’ve never heard of the Maui Waui strain then you probably live under a rock, because this herb brings all the love and aloha from the Hawaiian islands to the rest of the world. MW used to be a strong sativa that has sadly been intermingled too much through the years, reducing in a weaker hybrid strain compared to what it used to be. You’ll still get a nice head high and you’ll feel uplifted, but expect to feel some body high too from the indica influences.Maui Waui

Less-than-strong potency (mild at best) and the indica influences make this a lower rating. We’ll do a 4/5 star rating in recognition of its old glory, but the strain Maui Waui will never be what it once was.

Parents: Hawaiian sativa strains.
Type: Mostly Sativa.
Looks like: Mint green with a burnished orange.
Smells like: Sweet and strong, like fruit.
Makes you feel: Happy, Uplifted, Euphoric
Helps you with: Stress, Depression, Pain, Anxiety
Cons: Dry Mouth, Dry Eyes, Dizziness
