Rock Candy Kush is an indica-dominant phenotype cross between OG Kush and Trainwreck first propagated by an unknown breeder out of Cali. This couch-locking nighttime strain makes an excellent sedative for insomniacs and can help with chronic pain. It is favored among medical patients for its euphoric high that helps battle depression and anxiety. This specific phenotype is known for its mellow, relaxing physical effects and gently uplifting mental effects. It’s an excellent strain for a lazy Sunday or for a relaxing night in. Rock Candy Kush is known for the odd case of the munchies here and there, too. For medical users, it may combat the hunger-staving side effects of alternative medications or chronic conditions and allow users to eat comfortably.

Rock Candy Kush is an all-around impressive strain. It grows and flowers relatively quickly, though its resin production is on the lower side, making the best way to consume the strain via dried cannabis flower. Dried flowers are a shade of dark forest green in color with bright red pistils curling out through the buds and trichomes. On the nose, you’ll find the strain very earthy, with distinct notes of wet wood and pine needles. A more in-depth inhale, and you can pick up signs of lemons. The flavor of Rock Candy Kush is primarily of lemons, thanks to its lemon-scented Trainwreck parent. However, earthier notes make an appearance and leave a lasting character on the exhale.
