Looks like a sunset, tastes like sherbert!

User Rating: 2.4 (39 votes)

Sunset Sherbet is one of the most flavorful and unique tasting medical marijuana strains on the market today. It is a hybrid descendant of Girl Scout Cookies, which is a sativa-dominant hybrid, and little is known about what else it contains.

The name “Sunset Sherbert” fits this strain well. It looks like a frosted over green mound of sherbet, and almost gives off a pale orange hue. The taste is equally appealing, but could have a little more zest. It is safe to say that Sunset Sherbet tastes like sherbet. It has a very mellow and sweet taste, and is equally smooth on the lungs. Oddly enough, there is very little to the scent of Sunset Sherbet. The buds smell a bit, but it is not an overpowering smell at all. The smell of Sunset Sherbet while its burning is a little more potent.Sunset-Sherbert2

The sativa-type high that Sunset Sherbet produces is one that is sure to please the senses. There is little couchlock at all, but at the same time it helps to relax your muscles. It is the perfect strain for users that want to get motivated, and stay awake. Sunset Sherbet is a great medicine to help battle ADD and depression. And even though it is not a powerful pain reliever, it does help soothe the joint pain associated with arthritis.

Overall, Sunset Sherbet receives a 5/5 star rating for its ability to medicate without adding lethargy.
